Fletcher spent time with the Los Angeles Sol and Saint Louis Athletica before signing with Sky Blue FC last June. In addition to playing for Sky Blue FC, she has also spent the past two years playing overseas in the Australian W-League. Fletcher put together an impressive collegiate career at the University of North Carolina (UNC) from 2002 to 2005, including her being part of an NCAA Championship in 2003. In her four years with the Tar Heels, she registered 13 goals and 17 assists in 92 appearances while the team posted a cumulative 91-4-7 mark during her stay. As a senior in 2005, she played in all 25 games for the Tar Heels, tallying five goals and four assists for a team that recorded a 23-1-1 record and advanced to the NCAA Tournament Quarterfinals. Fletcher also has two championships in the USL W-League, one with the New Jersey Wildcats and another with the Pali Blues Soccer Club.

A: Coaching, or Being a Chef (I LOVE FOOD!)

A: Sleep in, big breakfast, play some tennis with my brother, dinner with the family, evening stroll with my sister.

A: Different people for different reasons – Rafael Nadal: ultimate humble competitor, Johnny Depp: Creativity , Jesus Christ: Love and Faith, Mom: Strength
